The Sr. Director, Corporate Brand, Marketing & Communications is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand, marketing and communication strategies.

Position Description

The Sr. Director, Corporate Brand, Marketing & Communications is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand, marketing and communication strategies. This includes overseeing end-to-end brand management, marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving brand awareness, and enhancing the organization's public image. Strong leadership, collaboration, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of market trends are essential for success in this position.

The Sr. Director, Corporate Brand, Marketing & Communications is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, brand, and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Brand Management: Develop and oversee brand architecture, positioning, and guidelines ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Marketing Efforts: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of corporate marketing efforts including industry conferences, digital tools, and various media to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

  • Communication and Public Relations Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey the organization's messages to internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the organization’s public image.

  • Creative Direction and Oversight: Responsible for the oversight of creative services including design and copy development that support brand, thought leadership and product marketing efforts.
